Family Therapy
Family Therapy focuses on improving relationships and communication among family members. Based on the needs present, any combination of family members may be involved in family therapy. By talking through difficulties, utilizing strengths, and learning new communication and coping skills, families can relate in healthy ways.
When a family member is coping with a mental health condition, psychoeducation will be incorporated into family therapy to increase understanding around the diagnosis.

Parent Coaching
Being a parent can be challenging even on our best days. With Parent Coaching, parents can receive tailored support, learn new techniques and strategies to manage challenges and develop new ways of understanding their child(ren). Parent coaching includes integration of your personal and family values in parenting, information about developmental norms, and a focus on improving your confidence in effectively parenting to reach your goals. Through using evidence-based strategies, parent coaching can help you address a wide variety of concerns including:
Managing problematic behaviors
Increasing desirable behaviors
Setting healthy boundaries
Setting age-appropriate expectations
Coping with the stress of parenting
Guidance for difficult family stressors (loss, moves, changes, etc.)
